During my time at Niagara Machine, I specialized in writing weekly blog posts for our customers. My main responsibilities included keeping our clients up to date with the latest standards related to concrete flooring and promoting new machines that we launched. The primary objective was to retain loyal customers by educating them and helping them with their construction projects. Apart from writing blog posts, I also proactively researched each machine we sold and the methods to get the desired concrete floor for each client's construction project.
